After you've learned how to use a stand-up paddle board with our SUP lessons, if you already know how to use one, or if you just want to give it a shot on your own, you can rent a SUP on your own.

Stand-up paddle surfing (also called stand-up paddle boarding) is an enjoyable activity, cruising around on a surfboard with a paddle, and a good workout too!  At the same location, you can enjoy many other great watersports as well.  Plus you can relax at our beach resort for the day as well.  Good fun!

Note: There are two Posada Freeman Hotels.  One is downtown on Las Olas Beach, and was built in 1944.  This one is brand new, and is between the El Cid Castilla and Inn at Mazatlan Hotels in the Golden Zone.
