MAZATLAN BEACH BREAK FAQ's

Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - HOW DO I GET TO THE POSADA BEACH?
A:
Just tell the taxi to take you to Hotel Posada Freeman Zona Dorada.  Walk through the hotel to the beach, and you'll see the wave runners and hobie cats.  Very easy!  There is an old Posada Freeman downtown on Las Olas beach - make sure to specify Zona Dorada or they may take you there instead.  This hotel is located in heart of the Golden Zone, between the Inn at Mazatlan and El Cid Castilla Beach, close to restaurants and shopping.

Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - HOW DO I GET TO STONE ISLAND?
A:
We'll pick you up at the cruise ship pier - no worries!

Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - HOW DO I GET TO HOTEL PLAYA MAZATLAN?
A:
You'll just take a taxi or the city bus, they all know where it is.

Q: WHICH ONE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
A:
That depends on what you'd like to do for the day.  If you plan on enjoying water sports for more than a couple of hours, you'll want the Posada Hotel Freeman because you can hang out all day long free, while doing activities like wave runners, parasailing, boogie boarding, etc.  You also have access to the swimming pool.  On Stone Island, you get a boat cruise on the bay, open bar all day long, a sampling of activities for 30 minutes each, and a fun tractor tour of the island.  Hotel Playa Mazatlan offers a great place to lounge and swim after your zip line tour.  Different things - just depends on which you like best!

Q: IS THE HOTEL POSADA REALLY FREE?
A:
Yes, It is totally free to use the facilities at the brand new Hotel Posada Freeman in the Golden Zone.  We offer this as a free gift to our customers as a thank you for choosing us for your tours and excursions.  To use the facilities, you do need to book at least one beach activity, tour, or other excursion, but then it's free!

Q: WE HAVE A LARGE GROUP, CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALL OF US?
A: You bet!  We can handle groups of all sizes.  If you have over 20 people in your group, Contact our Groups Team for our VIP personalized service to fit your group with exactly the experience you're looking for and at our exclusive discount pricing.  We can also create customized experiences just for you.  If you can dream it, we can do it!
