Restrictions: Not recommended for individuals with back or neck conditions, heart problems, or women with a potential high risk pregnancy. Notes: Prepare to get wet! Swimsuits are appropriate and recommended. There are changing rooms at the marina, as well as a booth to store your belongings. Don't bring anything with you on the boat, as you'll need both hands to hang on! If you do bring a camera, make sure to put it in a waterproof bag to keep it dry during high-speed maneuvers.
